GUARANTEED RATES AND ROOM AVAILABILITY FOR A LIMITED TIME!

For this year’s DDPY Retreat we’ve locked in special rates for you but those are only available for a limited time. Deposit of $300 is needed to secure the room and guaranteed rate. Please note, deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment date is March 31, 2023.

If you’re not able to book with us by April 1st, you can still join us! However, availability and special group rates cannot be guaranteed

Reservation Process

1)  Choose your room category and fill out the reservation request form
2)  The form is emailed to Joy at TravelSmiths
3)  Once Joy has entered your reservation request, she will send you an email to review everything for accuracy.
4)  The email you will receive from Joy will contain the payment authorization link.
5)  Once the payment authorization form is filled out, it also gets emailed to Joy.
6)  Joy will process your credit card payment
7)  Joy will then send you an invoice showing reservation details and payments applied.
